By accessing or using AMES ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
AMES provides a cloud-based activity management platform for swim schools, dance studios, sports clubs, and similar organisations. The Service includes scheduling, member management, payment processing, and related features.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring data entered is accurate and up-to-date
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to AMES is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. AMES does not claim ownership of any content you upload or create within the Service. You grant AMES a licence to use this data solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
AMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
