What does AMES actually cost?

£0 per month. AMES takes a small processing fee from each successful transaction collected through the platform. If you don't process payments, you pay nothing. There are no setup fees, no per-student charges, and no monthly subscription.

How is that different from my payment provider?

Stripe and GoCardless have their own fees (card processing, direct debit processing). The AMES processing fee sits on top of that and covers the entire platform -- bookings, scheduling, absence tracking, parent communication, attendance registers, and more. One fee replaces your entire software stack.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. You can register and explore the platform immediately. We can walk through your specific setup during onboarding so you understand exactly what AMES replaces and how the economics work before you launch.

What payment methods do parents use?

Parents pay via card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. Recurring class fees are collected via GoCardless direct debit. All payments flow through AMES Pay, our Stripe Connect-powered billing system.

How hard is it to switch from my current system?

Less painful than you think. We help you import your member data so you're not rebuilding from scratch. Most schools are running live classes within a day of going live. No technical skill needed -- if you can use a spreadsheet, you can migrate to AMES.
